I'm back from NYC 
with some unforgettable 'Sadowsky moments':
First, on Friday night I had the pleasure of meeting Mark Polott (Polo515 here on TB). His band, Urban Blue, played at BBKing's in Times Square; These guys are Tight. Don't miss them if you are on the NY area. Mark is a super nice guy, a fantastic bassist and a great singer. Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to "Mr. Natural":
Last, but not least, on Monday morning we walked all the way from Times Square to Brooklyn where I had the pleasure of meeting Roger and Kevin; I can't tell you which one was nicer...they made us feel right at home.
I had a chance to try several basses (that beautiful P5 wasn't around, probably ready to be shipped): Among them, the new Will Lee model with the mid boost, slimmer body and thinner neck (too thin for me, but probably great for players with smaller hands). And that CAR NYC UV that I've been staring at since it showed up on the In Stock page. Unfortunately for me (but my credit card felt relieved), the black/maple NYC UV had sold a week before.
I have to say that I missed Rob (I didn't see him around and I didn't want to distract him from his work), but it's better this way, the legend of his 'clean as a baby's butt' work bench remains intact.
