Well it took a couple minutes but I swapped the wires like Roger said and bam...My NYC bass is now normal lol.

I can agree to that. The only one close that I've come across is Kiesel/Calvin. I just offloaded a Lakland and was quite surprised how that looked inside. Even messaged them and was told that it was normal, they're preamps have a lot going on inside.

This was the Lakland. The big black thing on top is a pc board with mid-dip switches with a rubberish back that gets sandwiched against the cavity cover. Very off-putting to me.

I was going through all the accessories and paperwork that come with my Sadowsky and have 2 really nice screwdrivers, Polish, cloth to wife down, and this coin or token. Has anyone ever gotten one of these with their NYC series basses?

I’m setting up my new Bose powered rehearsal space with this lovely bass and while it worked great yesterday, the bridge pickup doesn’t work today.

i suck at electronics.
What do I do here?

I got a t-shirt with each of my 3 NYCs, but no token. My newest are from 2010; I think the token is more recent.

It's been decades since I've wielded a soldering iron and I was never more than a hack. So I would just take the bass to one of the local techs I trust. Should be an easy-peasy fix.

The Will preamp was never sold separately - it’s only available with the Will Lee bass and the Single Cut model.

I’ve been trying to get a set of Sadowsky pickups for a while, but those appear to be off the market now, with the closing of the Sadowsky online store. I’d imagine they’d be back post-COVID when Warwick gets the accessories and spare parts department going.
