Others seem to be seeing it, Ive made it available to all.....not sure why you aren't seeing/hearing it. Its quite a big file, may have to wait for it to download, its a link to google drive

Surprising these shielding issues at the German series - looks like Mr. Kikuchi's team had controlled and concentrated better for it...
8.8lbs (4kg). No buzzing or humming. Lovely flat neck profile.
Will let it acclimatize for a day and then give it a fine setup because I like my action LOW.

The balance control is reversed, clockwise being the bridge and ccw neck pu. Is this normal on Sadowsky basses?
Thanks! I wired my Zon that way, too (simply because the wires from the pickups are too short to do it otherwise).
This makes me feel a bit less like an idiot.
The thinking is roll down for deeper tone (from the neck) and up for a brighter tone (bridge) similar to a tone knob. Not sure I'm onboard with that, but I can live with it.
Someone said - 5 strings? No way, I cannot accept a plus string below the E after decades playing 4 str... Well, when I got my M5-24, I feel the same with the reversed balance...

It is a standard mod to reverse the balance, I recently did it on my metroline. Easy to do and Sadowsky even provide instructions on how to do it in the owners manual.
So far so good. After tuning, the neck started bending a bit. Tightened the truss rod quite some, lowered the bridge, changed pickup height to accomodate the new action of the strings. Plays very fast and light. Compared it with my other basses, this is a nice addition to the family! Now I have a larger tonal palette then before. The Vincents are both unique and to my own specifications (custom built). The Fodera and Zon are both jazz bass pickup config. Stingray is a neck thru 5. The Sadowsky is the only one with a P pickup.
Maybe it’s the camera angle but that Vincent Bass is beautiful and it’s headstock looks like it’s thicker than the other Basses ?
