Club Sadowsky!!!

When the my bass was brand new the finish on the neck was satin and clear to the point it almost looked like raw maple wood! Then as time, light and hand did their job the colour turned into an amber tint with a shiny, glossy nuance into it.

My new (to me) Sadowsky NYC Standard 5 just arrived! First impression...this thing is LIGHT! It sounds pretty darn amazing too but i haven't gotten a chance to play it enough to have much of an educated opinion. Here is a pic that i didn't take...i'll try to take some of my own soon.

MMMMMM! I really like the transparent white much better than Oly white. Very nice!

I figured it was time to post my Trans White MV5....Check out the grain! It looks like some kind of Animal Print. It plays even better than it looks and sounds killer...It is currently my number 1 and I prefer it over anything else I have right now! Enjoy!

Thanks to the guys in the Tokyo Shop for a great bass and thanks to Roger and the guys in the New York shop for taking care of me when I was there a few weeks ago. Especially big thanks go out to Rob L for the KILLER setup and the fine job he did on the neck when he sanded it down a bit for me. THANKS GUYS!!!!

Oh man -- if/when you decide to sell that, make it easy on yourself and just PM me first :D Still loving the MV4 I got with you and would love to have a 5'er (in my favorite color combo) with the tommixx stamp of approval.
