The taper and 1.75" nut width makes all the difference in the world to me (I'd love to try an 18mm spaced bridge, too) - love my WL5. Congrats!
IIRC Pickguard Planet was Roger’s last supplier. He now recommends these others:

The best chance for a perfect fit is to send in your original pickguard.

Beautiful! Is the neck more narrow at both neck and heel? Does it have the stacked hum cancelling SC pickups?

My opinion is that it's an MS5
S = Standard (no typical pickguard or control plate); V = Vintage (pickguard and control plate) that, by serial number, is from around 2005. Though it predates the standard VTC preamps, it looks as though VTC has been added given the stacked presumably bass/treble controls. Also has non-original tuners, but they're Hipshot USA so likely what most would consider an upgrade over the licensed version originally installed.I don't dig that half guard on there, but hey, if it plays right and is at the right price, it's a Sadowsky, so it's hard to beat.

Should be the same holes as it was just Hipshot licensed Ultralites that were original and now Hipshot USA Ultralites. The hole diameters would have likely had to be increased, as the current tuners are the larger diameter like are found on the NYC basses made in recent years (I forget when they transitioned from the smaller diameter).
Ok, do you know when lightweight tuners were first used on Sadowsky basses, previous tuners being larger Fender style?
So as I said, I bought this German Sadowsky. But, not polishing set included nor the protection for the bass stand.
Is that normal or a mistake of the shop?

Ultralites were always used on the 5-string Metroline basses. I'm not sure on NYC basses, but I don't believe I've ever seen an older 5-string NYC with the big, Fender-like tuners. The larger ones were definitely used on 4-strings, but I've never seen them on the 5s.
I'm not totally sure, but I think Roger stopped sending the protectors out unless requested, because they were only needed if you used an older model guitar stand with the latex rubber on it. Newer stands use foam which is totally safe with nitro, no need for the furry protectors. I've never used mine. No idea on the polish/cloth.
I was under the impression that the German made basses did not use nitro which would probably negate the need for the protectors.
