Perfect, but the seller doesn't ship to the UK. The search continues.
But yes, the black one looks amazing!!
You might try going directly to the Warwick site, since it's possible to order directly from their shop: 22-Fret Will Lee Artist Line

Stupidly expensive sadly. I looked there first. The shipping is half as much as the plate itself!!!You might try going directly to the Warwick site, since it's possible to order directly from their shop: 22-Fret Will Lee Artist Line
Does anyone know which detuner will work for MIJ Sadowskys? Happy to buy used if anyone had one laying around.

Congratulations! Pictures please!I recently took possession of a fantastic-sounding NYC fretless 5-string bass. I find that the quirky pan pot orientation just adds to my enjoyment of playing it.
Try the one I've bought from AliExpressPerfect, but the seller doesn't ship to the UK. The search continues.

Are they sold out yet? Figured they wouldn't make it through the weekend.
And ordered! Many thanks, many times over

for the new strings/setup. I went with my trusty D’Addario superlight XL nickels. After getting the strings on I made a slight truss rod adjustment, set the action and intonation and it’s all good to go. Bass plays very nice and nails that Sadowsky tone. Neck looks great as well as the final paint/finish on the body. The only thing I’ll look at on the next string change is the B tuner feels like it has a little bind to it when turning the tuning key when fully up to pitch. On the next string change I’ll take a little more time with it but I was anxious to get it up and running for a couple of gigs this weekend. I’ll report back after some live playing time to let you all know how it goes. That's on Warwick, not Roger.I have a Metroline M/J 4 and 2 of the tuners are like that. They actually feel very cheap for a $3K + priced bass. The knobs feel cheap as well...great bass other than that...Roger could step that up a notch, jus sayin ......
The Warwick shop sources their materials from completely different origins to that of the NYC or former MIJ shop.I have a Metroline M/J 4 and 2 of the tuners are like that.
