Club Sadowsky!!!

"Honey, please don't max out the bass on the preamp. You are scaring the neighbors."

See what being a doctor will get you.
Those nice.....err....umm....toys to play with.....
:hiding:

A few questions though.....what are the odds of seeing a better shot of that G string????
And how do you tune the E string????

OH yeah.....I have dibs on that bass!!! :D

Well, I don't have my camera (the wife has it on a trip), but #5039 arrived today.

The bass is beautiful, and it sounds incredible.

Let me say something about the setup as well. This bass shipped cross-country, yet it's got the best setup of any bass that I have ever played. Absolutely killer.

Excuse me while I go play ...

Congrats on an amazing bass....That top and fingerboard are amazing up close...

At first I was a little torn between the Parch guard...But it lay's out very well with the rest of the bass. {the rest of you will see it when He takes some pics}.

Thanks, I'm glad you like the set-up.

Rob

OK, thanks for the info Rob. One more question for when I need to do it:
how should I use the steel wool? parrallel to the strings? perpendicular?

TIA
I'll let Rob correct me if I'm wrong, but IMHO, ALWAYS go with the grain in the wood (in other words, parallel.) Always.
