Club Sadowsky!!!

That's kind of like saying all of our shoes are the same except the height of the heel and the width of the sole!! :)

:D
My point being that from the tip of the bass horn, going counter-clockwise to the tip of the treble horn, the bodies are the same (excluding the full size J). The only differences are the neck pocket, depth of the cutaways and the length of the treble horn.

I see. So, does the WL body share the geometry of the 24 fret basses or is it unique to itself?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I haven't been able to get a number here. Will this do it for me?

Well, my Will Lee (Metro) that I picked out in Brooklyn last week arrived today! I only just now got to play it as we've had a sick kid home from kindergarten and my wife starting back to school. Just went in and plugged it into Avalon U5 with some headphones. Sounds great of course. I am IN LOVE with the neck though!
Band is in the studio tomorrow evening and Saturday. I'll be bringing the Metro Will Lee, my NYC 4, a Spector NS4 and Lakland Skyline Hollowbody strung with flats. It wll all be going through the Avalon U5. I'll have to see what basses go on what tracks.
Can't wait to take this bass out on a gig on the 28th!
Did I mention how much I love the neck??? I don't know how I'll ever play my P Bass again (no kidding).

Had to take the pickguard off to see what was going on under the hood. I was amazed how beautiful the top is.
Despite the holes, Im leaving the PG off for now. Thinking about someting else other than Black. Unfortunatley,
clear is out of the quesion due to the extra holes in the body from the cover and thumb rest. Any suggestions???

How 'bout a Cream-colored p/g? I'll bet that would look killer with that top and neck.

EDIT: Here's a link to what I'm talking about. This particular one is for a Fender Deluxe Jazz V, but gives you an idea for the color. I'm not sure if they'd make one from a tracing of your original or not.

Send that picture to someone and have that quilt made as a pickguard. Damn, that's GORGEOUS.

Why not clear? use some correct size screws to cover the extra holes and call it a day.
