+1. In fact, I find the differences so small, that I believe I will comfortably opt for the HC PU's when the time comes. They are so close, that as Roger said, without A-B'ing, they just sound GREAT! and in a band mix, I don't think you'd notice one way or the other. Talk about an outstanding HC pick up! Bravo!

I have to say that the Sadowsky SCs are very, very quiet. I don't know if it's due to the own pickups or to the stellar shielding on the basses.

Would you believe this bass was stolen at a performance a couple of months ago and three weeks later recovered and returned to me by an incredibly cool pawn shop owner. The thief is having dinner 2nite courtesy of the local city jail. How lucky was that :):):).

Hi

Ive done tons of shows with both sets of pickups. I really cant tell much of a difference. There is a difference with the Nordstrand big singles, though. Gritty, more output, almost "distort" if you dont watch the gain. All three sets rock!! Im fortunate to have basses with all of them. Life is good

Nice gear, joker, but you do realize, that 'stand' is for your ass. They make other stands that hold a bass much better! :smug:
