I think they are the regular Sadowsky soapbars.
I prefer Nordstrands BS in mine.

Aw, AJ. Sorry to break this to you but they forgot to put the dots in your fretboard. Hope you kept the receipt!
Otherwise, it's just beautiful.
Did the routes have to be modified to get the Norstrands to fit ???
Hey, can I get a number? Here is my NYC 24F-5.

Yes, please see this... Dots are very important...
After reading almost all the pages from the topic (the Sadowskys in ACtion one was hilarious!) I decided to submit mine:

It's a Metro UV70 (as all of you can see); I love the little knot that the wood has under the bridge...
And I saw in this thread that Metros don't have body chambers, but I swear that when I knock mine in the upper wing of the body it seems (sounds) hollow!. Is there any possibility that it's actually chambered?
Great topic and great (not great, excellent) basses. Have a nice day and play your ladys gentle!!![]()

This is NOT a working site...yet, but I thought that you guys could come up with good ideas to make this an interesting and useful website for all of us.
Sections that i already have in mind:
- Players profiles
- Featured Sadowsky
- Tech Tips (bass setup, recording tips, etc.)
- Audio/video
- On the Net
- ...
- ...
- ...
No need to say that everything has to be related to the S brand.
Ithought about making it a private site, but I'm not sure about it...opinions are welcome.
Brainstorm open...Shoot!!!
This is your website, guys and girls.
By the way, excuse the typos (I've already found several)
How bout a serial number database that describes bass details and date of manufacture? Seems that as long as names and personal info are not provided it would be very interesting. And perhaps it could include typical details by year/period, such as when and what models included chambered bodies, certain logo designs, bridge types, battery boxes, preamp types, etc.
Hi Fran,
Looks great! Thanks so much for doing this.

No, I ordered the BS to have the right size. (EMG DC40, if I am not mistaken)
Even the "screw holes" (Sorry, English is not my native language) were perefctly aligned.
I have ordered them at Steamco Music (Canada). They are great people and were very helpful all the way.
