Oh I love the custom thinline basses! How do you like them? They're really stunning instruments.

They play great. So light, like playing air bass.
But rich and loud sound. Have to keep the preamp turned waaaay down.
Truly a pleasure to play ... wish I was better to give them a workout lol.

Still sorting out the bridge too.

@TB24 what do you mean exactly? I put a picture in the post. It's a TM4 (ash body) in blue burst finish with white block inlays. Awesome bass!!!!

Hi guys, i'm hoping to join this club soon!

I was originally planning to buy an Electra M4 (i'm still a student so budget wise this seemed like a nice option).
But now while browsing the local variant of craigslist i've encountered a Sandberg Basic 4 Edwin van Huik signature.
I cant seem to find a lot of information on it. But it has a Bartolini pickup. Anyone here that knows more about this type of bass? And how to bartolini compares to the regular sandberg power humbucker?
