Just played a couple of Sandburgs at Warp Drive music in Milwaukee and they were really smokin' instruments. Highly recommended.
just got the final price for my sandberg through from the shop. lets just say its about the same as a USA fender here in the UK.
its gonna be a PM5, tobacco burst (i don't know why i chose this, but it just looks cool
) with a GLOSS maple neck i cant wait for it to be finished and delivered

The first new Panther JJ is for sale at Musik-Schmidt.
That Spalted Maple top is really natures art! Also to mention it is by far the cheapest bass with such a top that I have seen around.

i cant wait for mine to be shipped, the shop told me it should be ready by the end of the month

but that's not too bad of a wait.This is my Sandberg Basic JJ, bought in 1998 in The Netherlands. Is was soon replaced with Bartolini replacement pickups because of a hum. At that time this model was called VAN, it has serial #749 stamped in the back of the headstock.

Ian774, that new custom JM is great. I really like the match of the black and vigin white. Great choise. Enjoy her.
Tomve, that is a very special bass you have there. I have seen very few of them around, and that is the first 5 string I see. Very very nice.
Suggestions for a Fretless 5? Depends very much on which sound you are going for. The custom thinline models ar great, have a beautiful and unique acoustic sounds. And the other Custom model is also very special. Those are the top notch Sandbergs in my opinion. Check out the link:
