Auzzie, thanks for coordinating all this. I'm going to try to make it on Saturday.
Im bringing the loop station to try and get rid of.. My dad is breathing down my neck about getting it gone.

UPDATE: We're going to see my wife's friend play in C'bus that day, and it happens to be smack in the middle of the GTG, so it's doubtful I can make it on Saturday. 
I hope so. I'd like to get my hands on some Laklands, especially a 55-02/5594 or even some JO5's (now called something else).
Well.. this sucks. My brothers last basketball tournament of the season is this weekend, and my dads going to it. He said he loves coming to the GTGs, but for 1. Its lots of sitting around for him. 2. A long drive.
So, its either drive alone, drag the girlfriend or a friend along, or just not come.
Ugh.. I really didnt want to drive by myself for 4 hours.

Get used to it. Driving is a necessary evil and will be for the rest of your life. Also, you can bring the gf or a friend. I'm pretty sure you know someone that doesn't have anything better to do... lol.
+1 I love driving. I drove to Chicago when I was 17 by myself, and that's about 5 hours. Bring a friend, make it an adventure. Lots of things to do in Columbus other than the GTG as well.
As is, Jordan... Didn't you want to go for a ride on your bike? Just borrow dad's truck for the drive. If you don't want to drive 8 hours in 1 day, I'm pretty sure I could set up an air mattress for you in the living room, so long as you're not allergic to cats (roommates have a few of them). I live in the apt. complex where the gtg is. You could come to the gtg, crash out in the living room, go for a bike ride next day, and then do your 4 hr drive home. Which is probably a good idea if Ohio has the cinderella driving laws like PA does (can't be on road after midnight if under 18). So it's not like you don't have options when it comes to the drive. Fatigue can be your worst enemy when driving by yourself. It's up to you whether you want to make the drive or not, but remember that you do have options available to you to make the trip a bit easier. Use your best judgment in the matter, and remember that safety is your #1 priority.
Thanks for the kind gestures Auzzie, but I guess my brothers tourney got moved to a different weekend, so my pops is back in. I told him I would love to drive myself down, but he insisted on coming and taking some pictures and such.
