I bought an extra stand just in case I don't have to work the 1st. They should have the schedule I need to check posted up sometime after next week.

I think we all realize none of us are pros... at least I'm not....lol. Let's just play like no one's watching, not like we do when we go to GC.

Given that my Skjold won't be done until the event, I'll also have a Bongo 6 H on hand that a friend has been loaning me.

I've fiddled around with a couple, & felt that the high C was in the way...

That's how I felt when I was a slapaholic. It did get in the way, especially with the narrow spacing. But since then I've calmed down and I think I'm ready to take on the sixes again. I think my next bass will be a 6'er. If 82Daion has his Skjold ready at the GTG I'll definitely test drive it.

I had a crazy dream last night. I was at the GTG, but I had to leave to go get lunch. But I took a detour, and it turned into this crazy adventure through mountains and construction sites.

I never made it back though..
