I've got an HD210, also... since ur bringing yours, I'll leave mine at home

Any excuse to leave that boat anchor at home is a good one...lol. I had an HD-212 as well, and the 210 felt light in comparison... I think the 212 weighed close to 90 lbs!!! I was soooo glad to go GK Neo after that rig. It sounded amazing, but man was it heavy!

Well it's looking more and more like I'll be able to come. Yay! :D

I'll have my Sadowsky HPJ and MTD KZ4 and possibly my Fender Cowpoke if anybody is interested in seeing that.

Listen, I'm bringing a stock MIM Jazz bass, just in case. Anyone who has something more exciting than that should definitely bring it. I don't think there's ever been a complaint because of too much gear at a GTG!! ;)

If anyone has a Yammy TRB6, could you bring it?

Its one of my all time favorite looking basses, and I got offered one in satin black for a good price, but its a lot of money and I want to try one first.. I hope someone does.

What kind of soft drinks does everyone like here? Any sort of snacks- chips, cookies, etc.? I've got a way to get about as much stuff as we want with no problem, just need to know what everyone likes.

I'd like to check out that Berg myself. I've heard great things about them but I'm wondering how they would match up tonally with my cabs. Are they worth the extra bucks? I guess I'll find out August 1st.

I've A/B'd it to an Avatar 410 Neo... The difference is pretty dramatic. More sensitve, much cleaner defined tone, & easier to schlep.

My only knock against the AE cabs is the finish... load ins & outs tend to chip the paint a bit here & there... I suppose I could get a cover, or be more careful. But, at 2:30am, I tend to be to tired to care.

I'm not picky as long as it isn't diet. I'm not very picky regarding snacks either, although I will say I prefer as few ingredients as possible. :D ;)

What schmuck loaned you an Avatar anyway? :hiding: Yeah, the Avatar serves its purpose, but I'm upgrading (and downsizing). If anybody wants to buy it, I can bring it to the gtg. It's 4 ohms, and I've installed casters on it.

Diet coke and Mentos.

Seriously though, Dr. Pepper and A&W Cream Soda makes me play better than Geddy could dream... and it tastes good too. Not together of course!

And Doritos. Yummy.
