Columbus, OH GTG??

I will accept requests as to what to bring, but please remember that I only have so much room (but I am pretty good at packing that Audi full of more stuff than anyone ever thought would fit inside!). I'll have at least one Skjold, for sure, and I will also have a Sadowsky Will Lee Signature Model 4-string. I'll likely have some other review items for the gig that night.

I would personally like to try a Nordie bass. Never had the pleasure of even playing a bass equipped with Nordies, let alone a whole bass of there.

Does Tom? He said he is taking requests. Tom, I would really love to try that MIA Deluxe 5 Pbass.. I know its nothing special compared to your Fbasses and Dingwalls, but Im a Fender fan.

I have a question for you guys, as I trust most of you the most on TB. I planned on getting another Avatar to go with mine in orange tolex, as I love the color of mine. But... I here that people can tell huge differences when they upgrade to a higher name brand.

As some of you know, I have joined a very serious band who os getting record deals, and I need a reliable rig with a funky sound.

Will a full Avatar rig be good enough? Or should I see my 210, and get two other cabs? I would have the money, sub-$800/$900.

Hmmm,

I'm unfamiliar w/ the Will Lee model... Is it a PJ? If not, do you have a Sad PJ avail in your arsenal?

It is a 4-string, Jazz-style bass with a thinner neck, D-tuner, deeper cutaway, and a variable midrange boost on the preamp. Here's a shot of one from Winter NAMM:

Oh, if you mean the Fender American Deluxe Precision V, I do have that bass, but it is a different beast.

Can I touch the Sadowskys? ;) My teenager hands might be dirty from playing in the mud.
