I have my 410 at my house but my main rack unit and my 212 are in the studio. I'm hoping I can get in there to get it out this week some time.

Also, I have a torn tendon and a torn ligament in my right wrist so I may need a little help carrying my rig into the building, since the doctor said not to lift more than 50 lbs. I forgot how heavy that 410 was.

If anyone's interested, I have a MIM Jazz for sale that I'd love to hand deliver at the GTG. See the link in my sig for pics and details.

If it were natural, and somehow had a maple neck, I may be interested..
But seeing it doesnt, I guess Im just a party pooper..

Now, if those things would change seeing the seller thought it would be a "mod bass", maybe a PM would be sent. :ninja:

Well, it's natural Verdewood, albeit a rare metallic breed of the species. The fingerboard is actually Peruvian maple... looks similar to rosewood (so I can see where you thought it was) but is actually a rare and highly desireable "cousin" of the American hard maple tree. So there, buy it. :D

PM sent! :D

Im just not a rosewood guy unless its a dark natural, or just natural. I hope someone jumps on it though Nick!

But putting it onto a practically brand new Jazz would be pointless, and cost you cash... though it sounds very intriguing! :D

Oh, and fail on the relic.. ;)

...which is why it'll stay as is for a while.

Oh, and the relic was okay... acctually had someone ask me what year it was when they saw it. I just got bored with it and started missing my old white MIM Jazz. So booyah.

Sounds like a trip in a bass!

I was reading a recent thread, posted by Voodoo, and he said that he almost sold his Modulus, but couldnt bring himself to do it.

Have you guys ever had/or still own your perfect bass? If so, what is it, and how long did it take you to find or stumble upon it?

Im still on the hunt, but after only playing for 4 years, I have plenty of time. ;)

Just a random question for my fellow Ohioans.

I finally just realized that the StingRay 5 is my perfect bass. And that's after owning one since '01! I've had that one longer than any other bass... even played it at my wedding 7 years ago. I modded it to the point that resale would be nil, so I've always held onto it. After looking for a second/ backup bass, and going through several, I recently got a second SR5 and am feeling right at home.
