Conception to Birth

I'd say it's probably pretty rare. The human gestation period is appx. 266 days (I work with several pregnant women  ), and 266 days/9 months comes out to just about 29.5 days per month. Calender-wise, the average number of days in a month is just under 30.5 (365/12). Going off of this, I'd feel pretty darn confident that very few are born exactly 9 months from conception.
However, since the durations of the 12 months aren't uniform, I would guess that there's probably certain days of year when its more likely.
