C Maj 7 is C Major 7 is Cmaj7 is CM7 is C E G B
It is C Major 7 because C E G is a MAJOR triad, and B-C is a MAJOR 7th
C7 is C dom 7 is C Dominant 7 is C E G Bb
It is a MAJOR chord, and Bb - C is a MINOR 7th
C Min 7 is C Minor 7 is Cmin7 is Cm7 is C Eb G Bb
It is a MINOR chord and Bb - C is a MINOR 7th
When you say MAJOR it means both the chord and the 7th is MAJOR
When you say MINOR is means both the chord and the 7th is MINOR

There are more, but these are the ones that seem to be an issue.
