Alright, I'll dig a little deeper.
I know some more things....you actually have to hunt and fish if you want to eat. Unless you live in the big cities like Fairbanks, there really isn't much of a city life as we know it. But he has said the communities are real tight knit.
There is time for recreation, but you spend more time surviving. It's not like they go out snowboarding every weekend.
The weather limits what you can do each day, and how long you do it. He said it was over 70 like twice since he has been there.
