Ned's Atomic Dustbin barely registered with Stateside charts, but these Brits ruled the nineties (and the shortlived noise pop/shoegaze movements) with their hit single Grey Cell Green and a lead singer who sounds like a cross between Dave Grohl and Damon Albarn. Still, I used to listen to a college radio station that played the hell out of their 1991 album Are You Normal? and the song Grey Cell Green. Purchase that album before it gets deleted!
