Yum! I have the book he put out with Rick Nielsen, Bass Culture. His collection of pre CBS Fenders was mind blowing, as well as a slew of early Warwicks, two knock off Gibsons (a Flying V and Explorer) and a bass gifted to him whose pickguard was literally made from a piece of Star Treck set material. Anyone who loves to drool owes it to themselves to check that book out.

I HATE IT, but i believe them to be excellent musicians by all who have seen them.
That's the one! I knew at one time they did indeed have a hit...I was speaking more to the current aesthetic of rock, compared to what actually used to get exposure. It can be jarring looking at some of the pics and just pondering that entertainment execs at one time gave bands that didn't look like a Calvin Klein models a pass, so long as they rawked and folks were digging (buying) their music. Of course, I'm talking mainly top 40 of yesteryear, compared to today. It really puts things in perspective.

I thought these guys were an anomaly of 90's mainstream rock radio that coincided with the grunge explosion, but i guess not all mainstream stations got too grungy. And they're not alone now that i think about bands like Candlebox and Collective Soul (don't know what those members look like.)

I'm pretty open to a vast spread of music. My guitar player was pointing that to/at me just Sunday. But 80+ pics of the same rave rap act, seems kinda trolling

I guess your guitar player was wrong, this musical act seems to be beyond the vast spread of music you are open to ....that tends to happen to some of us as we get older.
When I watch television, I don't complain if I don't like what I see.
....I just change the channel.
