The pictured dancer is also the show promoter, and she had originally contacted me weeks ago to see if my band was able to open for the Beggars last nite, but we actualy had to turn it down! (because our ryth guitar player and his wife got tix to see 'Thee Oh Sees' incredible live show nearby that same night :banghead: ) I've witnessed the interesting folk-punk replacement band she found to replace us called the 'Transient Vultures', and they were certainly a good choice, as well.

Oh well, I'm staying in touch with her, and she's gonna try to include us in her next upcoming rad event!

Savoy Brown. I was lucky enough to see these guys perform at the Whiskey A Go Go back in the day. This looks like a later photo.

Yup, that looks like a later photo when Kim Simmons kept the Savoy Brown and formed a new band. Other band members went on to form Foghat.
Here is the lineup I remember before H got the best of Chris Youlden. That's him in the tophat. He was their vocalist and piano player.

After that guitarist Lonesome Dave Peverett. bassist Tony Stevens and drummer Roger Earl formed Foghat.
