That's a Harmony H-22 bass. Otherwise known as the batwing bass due to it's pickguard which has been removed.

$104.50 new. In '65. Gotta be WAY expensive now. Even the reissues cost over $1000. Those, too, have to be very expensive. If you can find one.

There's one from 2010 on Reverb for $675. No affiliation. They do sound nice and woody. Here's a photo with the "batwing" pickguard.
