Alexander,
If you don't have experience in soldering and electronics, or woodworking, or anything related to guitar/bass building, your best bet is to put together your 'dream' Warmoth spec and let Nino build it for you. His work, from what I've seen, and will soon be experiencing, is impeccible (especially his wiring and setup). You'd do yourself a service, and save yourself a LOT of aggrevation, if you talk to Nino, tell him what you want and let him build it for you. I've built basses before (one that came out pretty good), but I can't come close to the quality-inducing care Nino takes in his builds.
Warmoth seems like a 'cheap way out' to most people but considering the amount of research you have to do, then the skills you should build with a soldering iron, lining up and drilling straight holes, not to mention the aggrevation...
Anyway, I'm sure you get the idea as to what I think about it. Good luck.
