You're reading too much into it. The ad means what is written there, and that is all you can objectively state. Subjectively, the ad could be interpreted as literally anything, including the second coming of Christ, if one so desired/persisted. If you don't like the ad, don't apply for the slot. It looks reasonable enough to me, someone has written what they want in a musician into a classified ad and posted it. Am I not mistaken in saying that they have every right to utilise the service to do just that? If someone went for it and it turned out badly, then it is a combination of their responsibility for taking the plunge and just plain on bad luck.
You can't judge a book by its cover. You can however start a thread about how stupid a potentially reasonable book is, based on the cover. Such is the degenerative nature of the internet/many people.
