Seems and sounds nice. But at $1K it’s competing with things like an Ampeg PF-50-T that will give you a lot more for less money. And the exposed tube design, which may be fine for the studio, doesn’t make for a roadworthy preamp.

Still, it’s nice to have choices when your out shopping even if this particular preamp is obviously pitching itself to a very narrow group of bass players.

I wish them luck.
