Been a while since this post, during which time the core body has been done, along with the fretboard and pickup covers.

I have held the raw maple pieces in my hands, yet that last pic was a big surprise - lovely figuring indeed. I can hardly wait to see it in the flesh.
Anyone noticed that knot in the finger board wood? Sits right before the 12th fret. Attention to detail there.

Hmmmm......fingers drumming on desk........My build was started before yours, and you say yours is just about done. Guess that should mean mine is just about done too......fingers drumming on desk.

I'm having some lingerie for my wife made in the same pattern. I'll have to be careful to remember which one to play where.
