Probably more like Invalid Link Removed or Invalid Link Removed or [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] but sure whateverSure, your link clearly says circle k builds a hybrid of nickel and steel (probably Nickel plated steel)
Circle K string talk should be in a different thread. This thread should be about DAdarrio strings!

Prosteels are my string choice at the moment, my interest in flex steels depends on a choice of single strings in steps of .005 and down to .028 or prferably .025.
Hmm.. I saw these as well and was curious. In terms of comparing to ProSteels, it looks like the FlexSteels are about 2 lbs. less tension per string.
I wonder if the somewhat negligible difference in tension plus the hex core will make a noticeable difference side-by-side..
There could be more difference in construction that isn't reflected in the numbers, but changes the feel. Two hexcore steel strings of the same tension from different manufacturers or ranges could feel quite different.
The tension on that D string seems way out of place.

Very surprised to read this based on your posting history in the string forum.
No probably just their Circle K imitation, like LaBella with their RX series.
But if you want the real thing Link Removed

This Month's Bass Player Magazine has an ad for the Flex Steels with Damien Erskine.
Looking forward to someone talking first hand about these strings!![]()
Marketing and Advertising...I have no problem with it because it gives people an idea that new is on the way![]()
