Yes I will be at NAMM but only Thursday and Friday. If you are there would definitely be cool to meet up!
Cool - hoping to get in there by the afternoon Friday - do you know your booth number?

I don't have a booth. My market is the public not really other music merchants. I will be there having face to face meetings with the manufactures I represent, getting first hand looks at new product, and best of all hopefully making special buys that I can offer to my clients. NAMM is basically my time to spend a lot of money
You can text me 818-569-9215 - I'll be floating around the place all day but in and out of meetings.
No dont get me wrong i do like em they sound very good me and especially with my style of play. I was just saying they seem a tad textured than prosteels . I think once i get used to them they maybe my string of choice. But lets see with some break in time. I will say i like daddarios continued progressions on new strings.
Have you tried the La Bella RX Stainless? They are a bit smoother feeling than the D'Addario's and still sound great!
Normally not a stainless steel guy but figured I'd give a set of these a try. Should be on their way from Jason now!
Ditto on that!
I'm an XL Nickel balanced type of guy and ordered 2 sets closest in tension to what I've got now, and have 2 sets of the EFX220's shipping from Jason - da man!
If they're as rough as Prosteels I'm not sure if you guys will dig. I ordered a few sets as well the only nickels I've found I like are the EXP's. Otherwise all SS for me.
Jason, I currently play Dunlop Nickels and Steels. I like them quite a bit as they are relatively low tension.
How do they compare? Thanks!
Got a couple 6 string sets in. Going to put a set on my fretless and see how it sounds tonight.
I noticed my Estring was darker too. But I have seen this on many other sets from other companies as stainless steel can vary from spool to spool
