Damnation Audio Fan/Appreciation Thread

Well, I got a board anyway. Wish I could've afforded the whole kit, just can't swing it right now. Hopefully me grabbing the board can at least hold me the pedal down the road after they've all been sold out and gone. There is hope!! haha
should be interesting man, I have always been interested in pedal making, but I suck a soldering so much that I thought, I will just get Jeff to make er! Hopefully she stacks well with the mbd! Also waiting on that new Mesa Subway 215 cab. I need to get a second job..

I'm ok at it. But I suck at problem solving which is half the battle. I've successfully built one kit, only can be ran on the power jack though. The other kit I did was an octave divider and that sorta worked but didn't. That had a TON of parts though. I bet I could build this kit if I had all the parts. But if I could afford it, I would just have Jeff build mine as well haha

I wanted to chime in again on how much I'm really loving my Bloop pedal. It brings out the "MBD" in any pedal that you put in the loop. So in essence you can have different flavors of MBD imo.

I've also turned the pedal in the loop off and just run the Bloop goodness in my chain as well.

My DS1 in the Bloop on full gain can almost replace any of my fuzzes and when I turn the DS1 gain down to noon and bump up the tone control this setup holds its own against my Darkglass pedals as well. Probably not as good but close enough. I mean it. I'd like to hear from others who are putting some of their favorite drive pedals in the Bloop.

I recently obtained a Vodoo Lab Sparkle Drive and soon the IdiotBox Han-Taun. Looking forward to trying them through the Bloop. I suppose I should try the Bloop straight up too.
