Dang it! GAS'ing for a T-40 again.

This is your most honest reply.. all the mojo with better playability.

T20s aren't loved as they were promoted as a starter bass (with better electronics and hardware than any fender I've owned)
Well, I love my T20... I have both an old T40 & the T20. The T20 is simpler, more comfortable, a lot lighter, and pretty much the same build quality (although lacking the cast nut and bridge). Not as much tonal versatility but still quite excellent for a single p/u instrument. If I could only keep one, I'd take the 20. But I don't, so I'll keep 'em both...
