Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

Super noisy, feels like the signal is kinda weak, pretty much unusable as is. I tried putting my C4 after the Anagram and it wouldnt fly in any situation. When my Anagram is connected to my Sol or DC7 it's silent and very robust sounding.

I may have just gotten a dud PS.
Have you contacted support about this?

So after watching most of the Anagram videos I'm curious about how a lot of you are using this live if you are NOT using IEM's.. If you are running the anagram into the return of another amplifier, where do you put your amp blocks? First in the chain- efx and processing after, or at the end of the chain with all your processing in front (like you would with a traditional amp)? I've seen it done both ways when people are making a new preset, but that is typically through the anagram DI going into their interface on most of the videos- not for a live show. I've been successful bypassing the amp blocks altogether going in the front of an amp and using the anagram efx blocks as my "pedalboard", but I'm having some difficulty getting the tone I want using amp blocks through the return of another amp. Just looking for some ideas...
I don't currently have an Anagram, but for me, I'll be running my Anagram both direct to FOH and to amp/s. The amp and cab blocks on the Anagram will be the last things in the chain, and I'll set the regular 1/4" outputs to output pre-cab, so that way I'm not running a cab sim sound through cabs again. I'll have my physical amp set as flat as I can, maybe minor adjustments for the room there.

After the cab block, that'll be where the DI outputs come from, which'll run straight to FOH so they get everything as I intended it.

My factory power supply is also faulty. Any time it’s in use there is a massively problematic ground loop. Switch to my Cioks Hi5 Mod, or even an under spec One Spot and it works brilliantly.
I'd say contact support for this, too :)

Cheers.

I need help with the routing.
I want to use Parallax. I plug in the Anagram via USB to my Mac, run it through Parallax and back to my Anagram into my Cab.

Works 50 %, as the Clean Signal goes to the Cab, too. Is it possible to deactivate the Clean Signal in the Anagram? Couldn´t find anything in the Device Settings.
Other Plugins are doing it too.
