Wow, just caught up with this thread, awesome to see so many reactions! All of them much appreciated.
Let's go point by point

.
Who wants to lug around an 84lb 2x10. My MarkBass CL108 8x10 weighs less than that!
As most have stated that was a typo, I hate typos, specially on release date. Trust me that it won't happen again

.
I'd want to use the cabinet vertically, and it would just look icky.
But, I was planning on a sealed vertical 2x12, anyway, so no worries.
The 210s have rubber feet on both sides so they can be vertically and horizontally mounted.
84lb for a 210??!!! I hope it's a typo!!!
Your hopes are accurate.
I just hope for the company's sake, they have their distribution problems worked out. My first venture into the DG world has been a long wait.
Fortunately yes, sorry for the long waits. I appreciate your patience. It was stressful (specially with so many releases lined up during this period).
Fortunately things with the new distributor are going great! The stocking issues should be a matter of the past.
Yeah, I think they'll do ok, but "they will sell fine" is very subjective. I doubt they'll have a full warehouse of stock they can't move, but they're obviously not going to move gear in the quantities that say, Ampeg, can.
At the price point and value proposition that was never the goal with these cabinets. We sold out almost immediately and needed to place an order for a second container of drivers from Eminence, so to say that we are happy with how cab sales are going would be a massive understatement.
As someone who is super happy with a D800 and a pair of subway cabs I was pretty skeptical about them, especially after getting the numbers for pricing and weight. Hearing them in person and playing through them myself completely changed my opinion. I'm almost certainly going to end up with at least the 4x10.
Awesome! Glad to hear you liked it! Thank you for coming to the event.
Hmmmmm I distinctly heard a video on Instagram saying the cabs were made in the UK, the plot thickens.../
We actually have 2 operations, USA and UK solely for logistic reasons.
The materials and designs are identical, I personally A/B'd all of them to make sure they sounded identical before giving the green light.
500W handling seems weird to me, since the MT900 is 900 Watts. What am I missing here?
The 210 at 8 ohms is designed to handle the M900 (which will output roughly 450W at that impedance).

Thank you!
Any questions donb't hesitate to let me know, we have 6 (maybe 7) releases lined up for next year so to say I'm busy would be an understatement, but I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as I'm able.
