Dating an older woman?

Well my co worker who is 43 asked me if I wanted to "hang out" with her sometime.

I am 19.

Why would a 43 Y/O divorced mother of 2 want to hang out with a 19 y/o kid?

She has been coming on too me for months and I honestly am just noticing things now because I am quite naive to these things.

I am quite stumped on what to do. Should I just rail her and call it a day? But what if my intentions are incorrect?

Hmmm...

Well, love is there for all ages... and between all ages. (over 18 off course)

Be sure to know what her intentions may be.
Just a fling with a younger man... revenge at her ex-husband... a statement she wants to make to other women her age she hangs around with...
And if you are comfortable with that.

:)

Good luck.

Hmmm.
Reverse the genders. 43 year old man coming on to a 19 yr old girl. Cool?
A very wise man once said, "There's two things in life that are vastly over-rated. Mack trucks and teenage poontang."
Also - remember that everything gets bigger, hairier and closer to the ground.

Pics of older woman? :D

Ummmmm . . . . Okay. How about this one?

Why? To relive her youth. She probably got married in her 20's, had kids and began living the domesticated life as the other half of her husband. Early on in her marriage, that was agood thing. After it started to go down hill, tying your identity to someone you don't like becomes a weight. The divorce lifts the weight and she resets to where she was the last time he wasn't in the picture.

I watched this unfold with a female friend over the last year. Although I'm not suggesting this explanation fits your scenario to a "T", I'd be surprised if it didn't line up pretty close.

I believe that it is evident as to the answer to this question:

1) Quantity over quality.
2) I am not a proud man.

;)

Dude, as a mid-40's divorce survivor myself, I can tell you EXACTLY what your "friend" wants.

No strings fun. I promise you this woman is NOT looking for anything else, not with you at least. This is not a knock on you, at all, just a fact - she will look for a man closer to her in age, experience, and history for the settling down thing...you're just a toy, and that's a GOOD thing, if she's to your liking as well.

I say if you find her attractive, and you can separate boot knockin' from booties, go for it. Just don't let yourself get attached, because she certainly won't.

I have done the exact same thing (and I ain't necessarily proud of it, but it was fun!), when I was just getting through my first ( ) divorce - bagged and tagged a girl considerably younger than myself (she was 21). She knew from the start that it wasn't a serious/long-term situation, because I was completely open about my situation, so there was no harm done. If your friend is relatively recently removed from her married life, or has been in a situation long-term recently and just ended it, she is just trying to feel good about herself (am I still attractive, do men still want me?).

If you're into it, go for it; if you're not, please be polite about it. No need to damage an ego.

If you can keep your wits about you, you'll most likely be in for an experience you won't soon forget.......if ever!

A "friends with benefits" arrangement between the two of you could turn you into a superstud in just a few "lessons".

Older woman usually don't play mind games......they know what they want and go after it. Be prepared my friend........you'll probably be in for the ride of your life...ENJOY!
