So, I'm looking around on TB today and I stumble across this thread and I'm like, where the hell have I been?
Count me in. Nick tell me what to bring gosh darnnit. How could I have missed this thread? Was anyone going to PM me or call me? Nick I thought you had my back.....What the? You got to be kidding me.

Ok, what to bring...

I think it is a good idea that everyone should bring their own drink of choice, be it beer or soda, or both if you are feeling particularly giving. That way, if everyone brings a 6 or 12 pack, there will be plenty of libations for everyone at the party, and there should be some extra incase someone is particularly thirsty.

Everyone who is going, send ME a PM, so that I can start working on the food lists.

If anyone has special dining concerns or restrictions, well... bring your own food :p

Nick, you want to handle the logistics of food and drinks then? That sounds like a good idea to me, but we don't want too much food, we don't want to throw stuff out, and we don't need that much. I've got a lot of cleaning to do in my basement to get ready.

Once again, RSVP with ME by email or PM to get on the list, I'll be sending out the directions and contact info only to people who have RSVPed, not on the public internet.

Ed, I'm not a soccer mom, I just take food seriously :D

Ok, so the food list is prepared! It reads as follows:

Food:
Veggie Tray and Dip
[potato]Chips and Dip
[tortilla]Chips and Salsa
Cheese and Crackers
Pasta/Macaroni/Potato Salad

Drinks:
Sodas
Ice
BYOB

We need one person for each of the food items. Make sure they are big enough to feed a dozen or so bassists, remember that we ain't no normal eatin' people :D Everyone that doesn't bring a food item brings a 12 pack of soda. One person needs to bring ice. Cups and plates and stuff are taken care of.

Everyone PM me with what you want to bring.

Hey - let's also start a list of what gear people will be bringing to demo, and to sell or trade - this way we wont duplicate each other's stuff, plus we'll know what cash to bring if necessary.

Heh, well I will let this simmer a bit and then perhaps compile everything into a spreadsheet just for reference and keeping track of everybody's stuff.

I'll also bring price tags to alert everybody that something is for sale.
