Delano MM vs stock Stingray MM

I have a Sterling Stingray 4HH. I want to upgrade the neck pup to Delano MC4 FE. Any problems with this idea? Thanks.

I don’t see an issue. I have that Delano in a bass and it’s absolutely stellar.

Thanks, tindrum! I should have mentioned that I was wondering about compatibility if I only replace one of the stock pickups. Also, I need to find out/figure out how to wire the Delano to the Stingray 5-way switch. I'll be touching base with Sterling about that, but thought someone here might know.

The Delano MC4 FE should have 4 wires... mine (7 string version) is wired to a 3-way "series/single/parallel" switch. I assume the 5 way switch gets you a combo of series and parallel options.

If you're going after market that ones great. I have two in a bass each with coil options and it's one of my favorite basses.
