So I was thinking my trip back to Connecticut will be sometime between maybe mid August and my mom's birthday in October. I usually change planes at DFW, so doing a day or two side excursion for a TB GTG would've been feasible, anyway.
I somehow manage to miss out on the New England events, too.

UPS and FedEx refuse to move it. It's too much, and too heavy. Perhaps I will just try to sneak it on the plane. I'll hide a couple of cabs in my pants, and a few power amps under my shirt. If I set off a metal detector, I'll just whip out a foil wrapped cucumber.

Hmm, I'd like to try and make it, although I don't have any cool gear to bring(unless you count beer...). I would have to drive from Houston, but 4 hours ain't that bad.

I just read an e-mail from embellisher about the gtg on the 31st. I am very interested in attending, but I do need to know where it will be held in Lewisville. If anyone is interested, I have a Hartke rig I could bring in case anyone would like to try it out. (3500, 210xl,115xl) I will also bring my 4 basses. A '79 Fender P, a 2003 Stingray, my brand new Lakland 55-01, and a kit P bass that I put together with some mods. Please keep me in the loop so I can get all the details. BTW, will there be any other musicians to jam with?

Has anyone contacted bovinehost? He lives in Lewisville these days. I sure he could bring one or two dozen Bongos for us to look at.
