Digi-Tech WAH: Worth IT?

I currently have a BOSS-ME50B effects pedal, however, I am considering looking into getting a Digi-Tech Wah effect pedal to broaden my sound.

Do you think having the BOSS ME-50B is good enough or would getting the DigiTech WAH be worth the extra bank?

Please help, thanks.
