Digitechrep: Bass Whammy shipping yet?

Yep, once our distributor has them they decide who gets what when. At this point I have zero control, all I can do is sit and wait like everybody else (well, in truth I have no control from the moment the manufacturer sticks 'em on a boat).
So why didn't digitech say this wouldn't be out until April instead of posting a video saying March?
And why do the SeaHawks get away with pass interference on literally every play?

I hear both sides of the coin. BUT, I pre-ordered and gave them my money knowing full well that they werent certain when it would come out. Well, SW seemed to have that initial release date, but once I came here to TB and saw the Digitech rep saying what he was, I realized that I was not going to get my pedal any time soon at the time I ordered it. It is still pretty frustrating, but what the heck can I do about it?! If I step back and think about it for a second, it really isnt a big deal. Ive waited YEARS to have one. Ive always wanted one but I would never have paid the amounts the old ones are fetching on eBay and it wasnt being made anymore. OTOH, Ive waited this long and to know that a brand new and improved is out there, just waiting to be in front of my feet, and ALREADY PAID FOR, and I just have to patiently wait for it?........ Well, that does get frustrating. But, again, I cant do a damn thing about it. But wait. I just hope that when 4/9 comes, they dont email me on 4/8 saying that the date has been moved to 4/15......

Perhaps in the future you will be happier ordering pedals that are in stock? Then you are guaranteed you g'damn pedal is at the distributor ready to be distributed to you.
You want them to send you an empty box? Or do you wanna exercise some patience and get a sweet ass pedal?
I'm anxious to get it as well. But the way you're acting....well....The name for it is right in your username if you read between the lines.

I'm just joking around with you sir. I didn't even order one, as I'm waiting for the inevitable flips in the classifieds. I've never done a preorder and probably never will because I'm more content to patiently wait for a used item to appear at a better price. I am however following the Bwhammy threads closely.
My sweetwater rep called me about 20 minutes ago and said they HOPE for the 9th and they will call me back next week if there is another delay.

Yes, I think that's a good sign.
I just talked to someone at PGS who "looked into it" and all be knows is that they aren't released yet.
Who is manufacturing digitech products and how did they get to Europe before north america? Wouldn't they have come across the pacific? Excuse my ignorance in logistics.
