Hey fullie, why do some AB-I's (w/ flame maple tops) have flame backs while some don't? Was it an option, or did they change over the years?

IIRC it was probably some special edition. The AB lines are a handmade but less expensive alternative to the top of the line Primas and Zs that's why most only have a front top

Which Warrior...somebody snuck a guitar in the picture too. 
The bass is truly a great piece. Best fretless I have ever played. Bought it new in 1997 and while a lot of other basses have come and gone (including 3 other Warriors) but this one is the only one that still remains. The guitar is totally cool. The quilted top is a piece of art. The neck is so fast it is incredible. In addition to the humbuckers with the 5 position switch, there is an LR Baggs X-Bridge in place that you can use that has individual piezo pickups for each string. It does a pretty good job of reproducing an acoustic sound when you need to. If you want to get radical, you can use a stereo cable out of it and run it separately through and acoustic rig and an electric rig. A cabling and gear nightmare but it sure is fun!

Sweet collection rodneyat! Is the Lull one of your main basses? It's similar to my Lakland sorta, which will always be (along w/ my Dingwall) one of my goto basses.
For the most part I usethe Lull and Dingwall. I am considering going a little crazy and selling the BSRJ5 AND f Bass and getting a Fodera Emperor. 
Go for it! If you're like me, once it gets in your head to sell something to buy something else, there's no rest 'til it's done. Some of the guys call it GASing... Gear Acquisition Syndrome I believe. If I'm not playing a particular bass or it's not a studio standby, it's gone!

Funny...I just bought back a Stingray5 that I sold two years ago...one of those ones that you regret selling. I'll try to get some decent pics soon to post of both my AB-II and my SR5.
I own two Z2's and they are every bit of SR5 and then some (and some more, and some more....) so the SR5 (even though it's a super great bass on it's own merits) has to go
