Dingwall Owners Club

Anyone see the Z at L & M Markham, looks pretty nice.
If L&M wasn't such a useless company (in terms of being a proper Dingwall distributor and, oh I don't know, actually listing their non-Combustion inventory) I'd have spent way more money with them up to this point. Each individual I've dealt with there in person has been absolutely fabulous but trying to set up a custom order through them was so painful that I abandoned the idea.

Now that I'm done ranting into the void, anybody have any pics of said Z??

If you used the local stores then I've had the exact same experience, if you call Markham, Calgary, Saskatoon or Vancouver they have a person who deals with the Dingwall stuff and generally know what they are doing so it's a simple process. Every other L&M will look at you cross-eyed if you ask about Dingwall stuff ;)

7449 CAD plus tax, remember it's used. It's been there for months and was even in their 'sale' a while back (at the same price it always has been with no reduction, nice sale....)
Great price. Especially considering it’s history. I don’t think it saw much play time at all! New $9k CAD

to build new would be closer to $10k I betcha now.

That's the one, this image should be bigger

I know the person who owned this originally - he is extremely careful with gear - it was/is brand new condition - unless some muck played it at the store and marked it. It is STUNNING in person too! - prob my FAV looking Dingwall ever.

If the universe/maker/gods/whatever didn't intend for me to acquire this Z then I wouldn't have been born with an extra kidney to sell on the black market.

I just wanted to thank Sheldon and his team for going above and beyond what is expected of them and being such cool folks. I asked them for a decal for my newly refinished headstock as a naked headstock would have made me sad.

They are sending me one after doing a quick background check on the person doing the work and my serial number. A small thing but another company may have turned me away if I tried this. Thank you Dingwall for being the best bass manufacturer in the world.
