You might be able to source one from Dingwall, it is literally just a bit of 3m type vinyl though so you could cut your own for $2 . The decal shouldn’t have any effect on the finish (I had vinyl racing stripes on my Combustion for years and took them off no issues) but all paint fades eventually in the sunlight so if you keep it for 30 years and decide to take the sticker off there will be a colour difference

Without derailing...just had a look at my two Di-Noc books...there would be some cool options for custom pick guards.. I especially like the stone looking ones..or the carbon fibre...anyway..website would have more accurate pix...just did a quick phone pic while waiting on a customer. Cheers folks. Yes! And with some reckless courage (and a guiding video from JFB), you can drill into the back of a Combustion or NG and make it a little more Z-like. Probably not *exactly* where Sheldon would put it, but close enough to make it useful for extending reach.

I did the same with my spector dimension. Nerve wracking for sure, but well worth it...

The pics do have a bit greener of a tint to it but I don’t think there has been an another finish that closely resembles it yet.

Looks like an older bass with updated electronics; the pickups and knobs come from a later era than the Gotoh tuners.

I was about to say the most they'd give is 60% of what they have it listed at. If he coupled it with 15-20% off of another 4-5k purchase it might have softened the blow a bit.
