I'm digging seeing more and more of the triple-pickup-with-wenge combinations!
Aaawww man... Last week, I decided to save up for a 5 string NG-2 (my first Dingwall), but you guys are killing me with these beauties!
I dig the 'crosshatch' flame!

Sweet zombie jesus this thing is amazing. Feels toy like in size compared to the ABZ6. But plays like a dream. Needs fresh strings but it's coming to rehearsals tomorrow morning as it is. It's got all the goodness of that fat P bass punch and grind and thump, with none of the sucky Fenderness of everything other P bass.

The NG2's are no 2nd best friend date; they are beauties as well.
No, I know. I love how the NG2 looks, and sounds. Some of the wood grain in the last couple Dingwall's is truly remarkable though.
Trust me, I'm very excited to own an NG2!
No, you don't. Don't bother trying. But it and let us know how it is
I just use XLs and they fit fine. I'm pretty sure you're good with normal sets. Super series kills, huh!
I haven't found any that don't fit. I've been using DR's and Dunlops mainly...

Nope, resistance was useless.
I have a 2009 Super J/P and a 2013 Super P. The pickup on the SJ/P is a 1/4" closer to the neck compared to the SP. The SP has more mids. The solo'd neck pickup on the SJ/P is killer, but not the same...
My last mono-scale instrument was a nice 32" Matsumoko (Squier) precision. Dull and lifeless compared to my Dingwalls...

Yeah. I hope I get it today... I'll take it to rehearsal tonight then. New family photo this weekend, assuming the rain gives up.
