Do this look normal?

The pickup has the same pole piece spacing as the original 1951 P-pickup. The new Tele bass does not. Apparently, it is farther down stream proportionally. The E, having more mass, is less affected by position.

You could always get a bolt stock bridge and retrofit it so you can adjust the string spacing accordingly.

It could be due to the photo angle, but it looks like the strings are not exactly centered (check that well), so maybe loosening the neck screws a turn, gently pushing the headstock sideways until the strings align, then re-tightening the screws (while holding the neck aligned) will make it all look better. That will move the strings across the pickup just a little as well.

What do you mean bolt stock bridge?

The camera angle is right on, but it might be a non issue considering if I bend the E it will go across the pole. But that being said, I am thinking of changing the pup to a rail, had thoughts of the Alumitone single coil for strats

Also called a "threaded rod" or "vintage" bridge. So we don't lose all of our instrument's history: Fender made these bridges for early '60's basses. The saddles are machined out of pre-threaded rod or bolt stock so there can be string spacing adjustment. To my ears, these bridges, properly installed and set up, have the best sustain, the least coloration, and more precise adjustment of any bridge Fender ever used on a bass. A modified one of these is what I use on my custom half-fanned fret P/J:
