While it is possible to drink too much water--most of us don't drink enough
I do carry water with me--especially when it' shot--but also because when I am out there are too many options full of sugar.
Carrying my own with me saves me money & keeps my sugar intake down as well.

Of course!
You know you there's no water to be found anywhere.
No water fountains.
No water taps.
Lakes, rivers and fresh water streams are all gone.
Desiccated corpses everywhere.
Do you not live in Death Valley like the rest of the planet?

Of course not.

A case of water rides in our vehicles here in Texas. Indoor gig days = 1 bottle + various Bulk Supplements powders put in it on the way to the gig, 1 bottle during the gig, and 1 bottle with more Bulk Supplement stuff + snacks and vitamins on the way home.

I do add salt to EVERYTHING because bloodwork(done 4x per year) about 6 years ago showed low sodium due to water consumption and sweating a lot(outdoor work and gigs). Add salt fixed the numbers.

I distinctly remember when the widespread carrying around of your own water became a thing...June 1989

It was my high school graduation practice and I noticed that it had suddenly become fashionable to carry around those Big Gulp straw bottles. Water in recyclable bottles soon followed.
