Gah, I see they have "diversified" into products marketed for people, but my go-to skin care product is Udderly reliable, because it's made for udders. Cow udders. With quaint sulfa drugs (now they call it a preservative...) and lanolin, Bag Balm is the stuff.

Mohs surgery is a precise surgical technique used to treat skin cancer. During Mohs surgery, thin layers of cancer-containing skin are progressively removed and examined until only cancer-free tissue remains. Mohs surgery is also known as Mohs micrographic surgery

My dermatologist mostly dabs a little nitrogen on my pre-cancerous spots. That freezes them off.
I have also used a chemo cream that I put on spots for 5-10 days. I have put it all over my forehead and another time covered most of the left side of my face with it. I hate that stuff, I call it the torture cream. It slowly burns of the sun dots, it gets ugly and painful but it works.
All three MOH surgeries have been successful and two of them have not left discernible scars. The doctor had to do the MOH twice on my neck to get everything. That left a small scar. Nothing has ever come back on any of those spots.

I use moisturizer on my hands, mainly for my cuticles, which seem to be very prone to cracking and getting infected--painful finger tips and bass playing are not an ideal combination. I also use sunscreen if I'm going to be in the sun for extended period of time.
