DOD Bass Grunge

The Bass Grunge was not a copy of any existing distortion. DOD developed the guitar and bass Grunge pedals using their own parameters. The DOD guitar grunge sound is still available in the current Digitech Grunge pedal.
I'll try giving it a clean, thanks. Never tried it but I'll attempt it!
It's not that I want it stupidly loud but in a live environment, regardless of other effects, apart from a boost, there is such a major volume drop I thought my gear had cut out for a second, even on full vol with a boost.

Like what I am hearing definitely, especially the higher gain setting with less clean sound blended in.

So would the Digitech Grunge in fact be the same pedal, just without a blend knob?
Thanks for demoing the dod bass grunge. for a long time, I've always assumed that the bass grunge is basically a bass version of the dod grunge. hearing this demo, it sounds like a blended fuzz, but it does sound great for hard rock and probably stoner/doom meta(at certain settings). now I know how it sounded. thanks again for demoing the pedal. it sounded great.
I kinda wonder why digitech didn't release their version of the bass grunge. that would of been cool to see. the digitech bass grunge.

They probably did not sell many units, I did not know this pedal before seeing it in a local classified ad.
For stoner and doom it is very cool, I also use a clone of Earthquaker devices Acapulco gold, but now I prefer the Dod thank to the Blend Control.
The Acapulco sounds faaaat :
