Nope. Just joking - I'd certainly hit up one of the folks who ordered and were then notified that they were all gone, or one the guys who expressed interest.

This may be difficult as my son saw the web page and is now eager to get his mitts on it. He's been waiting for me to get a low B for some time.

I'll find out tomorrow - FedEx schedule shows it being delivered on Saturday the 15th. 2 days. Not bad at all.

I am showing the same delivery estimate as well. I got a gig tonight and tomorrow night but it won't be debuted there. Figure since I have next week off I will put it through some paces. Maybe record some clips to put up here.

I hope they get more of these it's like a spector screwed a warwick dolphin and they gave the baby up for adoption in China, sounds clips to those who ordered are now required.

I will make one early next week. Might do it as a video review as I have been meaning testing audio sync for video editing here. Never done a video review before so we shall see. I will try to test it in multiple styles however I make no promises on my skill to play slap on a 6 string.

I probably will review it with some minor setup tweaks but still the factory strings which in past rondo experience are blah. It will get a new set of flats as soon as I can get around to that.

Those hurt my fingers. Which I find interesting since I'm used to stainless steel rounds. They seem harsh, like sandpaper, for some reason. Fortunately I have a set of Carvins (LaBella) waiting for it.

Oh they suck no doubt. Not sure who they use for a string supplier but both their rounds and flats leave a great deal to be desired. I have no six string sets on hand. I have a 5 string set of EB slinky's unopened that I need to just sell to someone and go pick up a 6 string chromes pack if I can find em.

Quickly? More like instantaneously! You leave town for one day and look what happens to you! AAARRRGGGHH!

As for getting more, remember the totally cool Fender-clone 6ers a while back (I bought two... I know "pig"!) Everyone was hoping for more and this is the first SX sixer since then. I don't hold out a lot of hope. And this one was even 3 band active at a passive price.

Only thing now is to hope everybody hates it and look for a little "B" stock. As someone pointed out, even if you have to do some repair on it, it's STILL a deal!
