I've got a really simple 4-channel mixer I use. Bass guitar goes through my pedalboard into channel 1, my Novation Bass Station II goes into channel 2. I've got two pickups on the upright at the moment; an Ehrlund EAP which I use for everything where possible, and a Bass Max if I need more volume. The EAP has its own preamp, the Bass Max goes into a Fishman Plat Pro EQ, then both preamps go out into the remaining two channels of the mixer.
It's rare that I use all four channels though. I do have a band where I use BG, DB and synth but it's on hiatus at the moment (drummer troubles).
